This is a highly energetic dance style.
ISTD Modern Theatre
This style combines jazz, lyrical, and contemporary dance, focusing on rhythm, isolation, and expression.
Jazz
A high-energy class emphasising style, technique, and musicality, tailored to inspire and challenge dancers.
Commercial
A style often seen in music videos and concerts, blending elements of hip-hop, jazz, and street dance.
